Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Paul has led transformation programs across infrastructure and financial services for over twenty years. Before Assureon, he was a partner at a Big Four firm and program director for a $1.2B rail corridor delivery. He founded Assureon to offer the rigour of tier-one advisory without the layers.
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Christopher specialises in independent assurance and program recovery. He previously led the assurance function for a major Australian government department and has conducted over sixty health checks across transport, health, and digital portfolios. He is a fellow of the AICD and a certified practising project director.
Our people
Alongside our founders, Assureon draws on a team of seven experienced consultants — principal and senior manager level — across assurance, recovery, and strategy.

We do not implement the systems we assure. Our reviews are genuinely independent — and our clients' boards rely on that.
